Permitted Use

Prohibited Use
- Republishing, redistributing, or reproducing HDQ articles in whole or in substantial part without written permission

White-Label Publications

- Are not approved marketing materials and have not been reviewed by any regulator or compliance department
- Must be reviewed, adapted, and approved by the user's firm compliance department before use in client communications
- Do not constitute a guarantee of any particular client outcome
- Should not be used verbatim without professional judgment about their appropriateness for a specific client situation

7. Privacy Policy
HDQ collects subscriber information — including name, email address, and professional credentials — for the purpose of administering subscriptions, verifying advisor registration status, and delivering publications.
HDQ does not sell subscriber information to third parties. Subscriber data is used solely for the purposes of operating the HDQ publication and, where applicable, verifying registration status with CIRO and the CSA National Registration Search.
